Scott is responsible for formulating annual, long-term departmental and organizational plans and developing and implementing reporting processes from department heads to the CEO, board and external stakeholders.

Scott is responsible for formulating annual, long-term departmental and organizational plans and developing and implementing reporting processes from department heads to the CEO, board and external stakeholders. Prior to Root Capital, Scott was a Strategy Consultant at FSG and worked in various roles with TechnoServe, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), Razoo.com, and the Peace Corps. Scott holds a BS in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University, a MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
