Katherine Borsecnik, Vice Chair
Katherine is the former president of brand management and senior vice president of AOL. She began her technology career with AOL in the late 1980s, and ultimately oversaw the development and design of all online content, including news and information, entertainment services, community, and online transactional products. Although she continues to be involved in the technology sector, in recent years Katherine has also devoted time and resources to nonprofit organizations in the areas of economic rights and development. Recently, she has served on a variety of boards, for organizations such as Women for Women International and the Telluride Academy. She is founder of the Ebb Point Foundation, which supports educational, civil and human rights organizations, and president of the board at the Georgetown Day School, a progressive K-12 independent school in Washington, D.C. She holds a B.A. and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin.
