Bonnie Cockman

Bonnie manages Root Capital’s finance, human resources, information technology, legal, and planning and reporting systems. Previously, she served as vice president of finance for Conservation International (CI). In that role, she shepherded CI’s growth from $30 million in annual expenses to $115 million over an eight-year period. She also worked as director of finance for Georgetown University’s Center for Intercultural Education and Development. Currently, she serves on the boards for Foundations of Success and the Massachusetts Climate Action Network. Bonnie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
